In June Mariama Foryoh and Korto Forkpa attended the 10th African Conference on Sexual Health and Rights held in Freetown. The conference was organised by We are Purposeful, an African-rooted global hub for girls activism and their trip was paid for by a FCRS supporter who saw the opportunity for CRS to network with others who are working in Africa on the issues of early marriage and FGM. They met with many organisations, activists, and dignitaries, and hope to use their new contacts to secure funding for the activities of CRSs Health Club.
